Home4 Lessons Learned in the Beauty BusinessOct 14th, 2014its 10th Anniversary in the brow business. Maintaining a successful company takes determination and commitment. Co-founder Natalie Plain shares what she's learned this past decade in the beauty world:1. Patience: You must be patient, when it comes to product development, strategy, selling and correspondence. No one will work and move as fast as you to achieve your dream of success, so make sure to have patience and allow others catch up!2. Don't get in an email war: There is no tonal quality in emails; therefore, words can easily be misinterpreted with attitude.3. Pick up the phone: Sometimes, the old fashion picking up the phone to get an answer saves you time and eliminates misunderstandings. This can also assist with number 2 - clear the air and address the issue head on.4. Being Ready: Make sure you have done plenty of research on your brand and its competition. There is nothing worse than claiming to be the only "x factor" on the market and then finding out there is another similar product/business.[Image courtesy of Love PR]
