"Our relationship with the Yawanawa is so close to Aveda’s heart, I couldn’t ignore the call incorporate them and the natural world into this collection," reveals Beenders. "I used a combination of colorful clothing made of textured fabrics, and the hairstyles took on a variety of shapes and colors. I love the brightness of it all. Pawa’s blonde was inspired by the sun, and so has a warm apricot glow that blends into pure blonde. Tata is inspired by a little bird with her wispy and angled cut."
