NYFW Fall 2013 Hairstyles: Elizabeth And James

Mark Townsend from KMS California created a natural, modern, young look for the Elizabeth And James Fall 2013 Show.

Mark First applied KMS California FREESHAPE hot flex creme to damp hair and blew it out using his hands and a large round brush.

Next, he divided the hair into 4-5 sections and sprayed it with the KMS California FREESHAPE hot flex spray, which helped to add hold and shine.

Then, Townsend wrapped each section around a 1.5 inch curling iron to crease loose waves. He then used a dime size amount of the KMS California HAIRPLAY design wax and rubbed it into the palm of his hand to warm it up, and raked it through each models hair to break up the waves.

To complete the look, Townsend sprayed the entire head with KMS California HAIRSTAY maximum hold spray and to ensure there were no flyaways or loose ends. Then, he sprayed a natural bristle tooth brush with the spray and gently went around the frame of the hair line.

This unique technique lets you get control exactly where you need it- no more flyaways!

KMS California products allowed Townsend to work with the models' different textures and styles to achieve the desire look that designers wanted.
