Hairstyles How To: Beyonce's 2013 Presidential Inauguration Hair

Beyonce's loose curls looked stunning at the 2013 Presidential Inauguration Celebration. Mirza Batanovic, Eufora Global Educator and Stylist shares tips for creating Beyonce's Presidential Inauguration hairstyle.

STEPS:

1. Batanovic suggests starting with dry hair.

2. Using a curling rod (which is a curling iron but without the clamp), wrap 1-inch sections horizontally around the rod leaving the ends out. If you have a lot of hair, section hair out so you don't miss any pieces.

3. Once you have curled the entire head, create a deep side part on the left side. Now using a soft bristle paddle brush, brush out all of the curls from roots to ends. Spray
with Eufora's Uplift Finishing Spray to lock in the waves and hold down flyaways. Also spritz Illuminate Shine Mist to help control frizz.

4. If your hair has trouble holding curls, spray a heat activator like Volume Fusion on each section before curling. This will ensure the curls hold, especially after brushing out.
