Additional Lengths Group announces Nicki Milner as Commercial Director, the latest in a slew of senior hires for the UK’s fastest growing hair extension specialist and owner of pro brand Remi Cachet and consumer marketplace AdditionalLengths.com. 

With 25+ years in the hair and beauty industry, Nicki Milner joins from Cloud Nine, where she led commercial and digital operations for 15+ years. Milner previously held roles at ghd where she transformed its digital business over an 11 year period, and MDV Distribution Netherlands.

Milner joins at a critical juncture for the high growth business across the EU and USA. Founder Victoria Lynch announced Lisa Jackson's arrival as CEO in January 2025. She worked alongside Lynch to take the North East based business to global new heights, following investment from Growth Partner, the investor back by entrepreneur Richard Harpin. 

"I couldn’t be happier to have Nicki join our thriving business," says Lynch. "There aren’t many businesses who have achieved a revenue of £20m net, without a sales team. Nicki’s vast experience in the pro and consumer space will be instrumental in scaling our operations."
