Kassandra Venegas (KV): My fingers are double jointed.
BLP: How did you get your start in the industry?
KV: I always enjoyed styling hair from a young age and decided to attend beauty school after high school.
BLP: What is your proudest accomplishment?
KV: Being a mom, a wife and running a successful business.
BLP: What is your current favorite hair trend?
KV: Balayage and lived in color.
BLP: What is a tip you have for your fellow stylists who are looking to grow their following on socials?
KV: Stay consistent and be active on your pages.
BLP: What advice would you give to the younger version of yourself just starting out in the industry, looking back on your whole career?
KV: Keep working hard because it will be worth it.
BLP: What is a valuable hair tip that you want to share with your fellow stylists (whether it’s a business tip or something related to styling/working with hair)?
KV: Education is key.
BLP: What inspires your work?
KV: Making people feel beautiful.
BLP: What is something that keeps you passionate and motivated in the industry each day?
KV: Receiving touching messages from my clients.
BLP: What changes would you like to see the industry make in order to grow/change/evolve/be better than it was before?
KV: Seeing more community over competition.

KV: Getting to work with brands.
