Darren Oram has been named Redken's VP of Education in the U.S.
A seasoned professional with over 20 years in the hair industry, Darren Oram brings a wealth of experience and a successful track record in transforming education strategies within L’Oréal’s professional brands. Starting his career in the hair industry, Darren joined the L’Oréal Group in 2001 with the U.K. Matrix Team, quickly rising to become Education Head for Matrix U.K. in 2005. By 2011, he was leading as Education Director for L’Oréal Professionnel U.K., where he modernized the brand’s educational approach and supported education across the Nordic countries. Since relocating to the U.S. in 2019 as VP of Education for L’Oréal Professionnel, Darren has significantly enhanced educational programs, aligning them with salon partners' needs and contributing to the overall success and growth of L’Oréal Professionnel in the U.S.
His extensive background and visionary approach position him seamlessly to lead the future strategy of Redken Education U.S., continuing the brand’s mission to help stylists Learn Better, Earn Better, and Live Best.
