- Lighten with Wella Blondor, Olaplex in everything and pretone with Olaplex Purple Shampoo.
- Then, use Pulp Riot Speed Toners in Icy/Moonstone.
- Dry the hair, mix and apply mermaid colors. Walker used aquatic/clear for the route melted into sea glass/decoy and mercury.
- To finish, style the hair and add glitter!
