The Professional Beauty Association (PBA), the largest and most inclusive national trade organization representing the professional beauty industry, has opened registration for its 10th annual Executive Summit.

The Executive Summit 2023 offers participants an opportunity to stay ahead of change and to revolutionize within the dynamic beauty industry, embracing its ever-changing landscape. Attendees will explore strategies to stay up to date with trends and successfully adapt to the evolving wants and needs of consumers. Located at the legendary Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona, on November 13 and 14, 2023, the PBA Executive Summit brings together beauty industry leaders focused on uniting the industry and moving it forward. Registration is open at probeauty.org/execs.

Featured Keynote Speakers this year include Crystal Washington, futurist, technologist and author of the books "One Tech Action" and "The Social Media Why," and Daniel Levine, Executive Director of the Avant-Guide Institute, a New York-based trends consultancy. Crystal will lead a session entitled “Harness AI Like ChatGPT for Enhanced Performance,” where she will share insights on how to use this cutting-edge technology to drive performance and take business to the next level. Daniel will be hosting “Tressed to Impress: The New Face of Beauty Marketing,” in which he will delve into trends driving the rapidly evolving beautyscape and provide insider knowledge on what’s next in social and search.

“The Executive Summit is the industry’s premier event for beauty leaders to come together to connect and collaborate with the shared goal of uniting and elevating the beauty industry,” shares PBA Executive Director Nina Daily. “This year’s theme of ‘The Next Normal — Revolutionizing in Beauty’ speaks to our vision of promoting forward-thinking leadership, growth and support to both our members and industry professionals.”

For the first time at the Executive Summit, PBA is hosting two additional opportunities for networking: the PBA Golf Tournament, which will take place at the beautiful Arizona Biltmore course and includes lunch and awards, and The Biltmore Wine and History Tour, for those with a thirst for knowledge and good wine to enjoy a guided tour of the historic property, along with wine tasting and snacks along the journey. The Arizona Biltmore has been a favorite vacation retreat to US Presidents and movie stars since 1929, while also being one of the few hotels designed by legendary American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright.

On Monday, July 10th, at Resorts World in Las Vegas, PBA is hosting the Future Leaders inaugural education event. Future Leaders is a powerful program for individuals who are in mid- to upper-level management roles in manufacturing, distribution and corporations/brands currently in the beauty industry that are motivated to advance in the industry's professional hierarchy. This event will connect leading entrepreneurs and business professionals in the beauty industry for a day of leadership education, mentorship and networking.
