Redken created casual looks for Twinkle’s fall/winter 2006 collection during Olympus Fashion Week in New York.

Key stylist Patricia Morales for Redken/ Cutler used random knots that were directed toward the center of the head to create casual styles at Twinkle. “The designer wanted something simple, yet pulled back,” she explains. Redken Fabricate heat-active texturizer provided weightless definition, while Workforce 09 flexible volumizing spray created volume and frizz-free shine.
Meanwhile, key makeup artist Ayako for Nars used lips as the focal point of a fresh, clean palette. She layered Nars powder blush and cream blush on the cheeks and applied a bit of cream blush around the eye area. “Think of a geisha,” she says. “Twinkle’s clothes are so pretty that I didn’t want to overpower them.”
