The GelBottle Inc. (TGB), the professional nail brand behind BIABTM, launched a loyalty program for professional nail technicians in the US for the first time.
The launch follows a successful debut in the UK and marks Club TGB's arrival as a new benefit for TGB's US community — giving US nail techs, for the first time, a dedicated way to be rewarded for their loyalty to the brand.
Club TGB is designed to give professional nail techs more ways to earn, more reasons to stay loyal, and recognition that goes beyond a simple discount. Built around a three-tier structure, the program rewards ongoing engagement rather than historic lifetime spend, recognizing the customers who are actively shopping and engaging with the brand today.
A Generous Tier Structure
Membership is free and automatic: every nail tech is auto-enrolled into Tier 1 after their first order. From there,members progress based on spend within a rolling 12-month period:
- Tier 1 — auto-enrolled after one order; earns 3 points for every $1 spent
- Tier 2 — unlocked at $500 spend in 12 months; earns 4 points for every $1 spent
- Tier 3 — unlocked at $1000 spend in 12 months; earns 6 points for every $1 spent
Tiers recalculate every 12 months based on recent activity, so the program continues to reward TGB's most active and engaged customers.
New Rewards for the US Launch
Alongside points earning, Club TGB members in the US can unlock a range of non-transactional rewards, including:
- Club TGB Monthly Gifting — a unique gift with purchase for Tier 2 and Tier 3 members every month, activated by code at checkout
- Club TGB Magazine — a new bi-annual print magazine for Tier 2 and Tier 3 members, covering trends, education, salon spotlights and insider interviews, launching February 2027
- TGB Academy Growth Rewards — access to free Academy content, unlocked as members spend and move up tiers
- Electrical Upgrades — an annual lamp upgrade for Tier 3 members
- Double-Value Points — members in all tiers can invest in education and double the value of their points when redeeming against new Academy Vouchers
- Refer-a-Friend Scheme — members earn 2,000 points per successful referral, while their friend receives 20% off their first order over $50
Earning Beyond the Transaction Club TGB also rewards engagement beyond purchasing. From launch, US members can earn points for actions such as signing up for the TGB Academy newsletter and following TGB's social channels, staying up to date with all things TGB and TGB Academy.
