Previously, Michelle acted as Senior Vice President of Marketing for L’Oréal USA’s Multi-Cultural Beauty Group including Dark and Lovely, Magic, Optimum and Dessange. She has also worked with Matrix and Garnier, leading the launch of the first ever BB cream in the US.
