Step 1: Beginning at the back hairline, create a V shape from the neckline up to behind the ears.
Step 2: Complete Step 1 on both sides in the back.
Step 3: Beginning at the top of the ears, cut down toward the chin on both sides.
Step 4: In the fringe area, comb the hair forward from the crown, then cut upward from the point of the nose to the right side.
Step 5: Repeat Step 4 on the left side.
Step 6: Isolate a rectangular section from the crown to the ends of the eyebrows.
Step 7: Create a curve from the temple to the perimeter cutting downward freehand.
Step 8: On the top, take a section from the top to the crown, and cut to about 5 cm. to shorten
Step 9: Cut the top area straight up to shorten, leaving the front rectangle isolated.
Step 10: Create diagonal sections on the sides, and point cut to shorten.
Step 11: In the back section, cut with the point of the shears using a shear-over-comb technique.
Step 12: Isolate a circle section on the crown.
Make a twist with this section and thin with thinning shears to the desired length.
Step 13: Next, comb the circle section into a natural fall and blend freehand to the layers with thinning shears.
Step 14: Finally, blend to the front rectangle section using the same method.
