Beauty Futures, LLC announces the appointment of Bill Decker as chief operating officer.
Beauty Futures is a new beauty holdings company founded in early 2020 that supports the professional salon industry through product innovation, leading chemistry solutions and salon services that deliver solid results for clients.
As COO, Decker is responsible for paving a strong, healthy and sound path for the future of Beauty Futures. He will oversee several aspects of business development, product development, marketing, sales and education.
Decker brings 45-plus years of experience to Beauty Futures, and has worked for four major companies within the professional salon industry: The Wella Corporation (P&G Professional Care senior VP, marketing and business development); Goldwell NA/KAO Corporation (VP of sales and education); Helene Curtis Industries (professional products general manager); and Clairol Inc. (director of new business development).
