James Morrison Joins L'Oreal Professionnel

Since bringing over an established UK salon brand to North American and co-founding a product line, James Morrison has been an influential force in the industry. He has captivated stylists all over the country with his stage presence, skills, and techniques. Today, after six years on focusing on his own craft and coaching others to succeed in their business, James Morrison and L’Oreal Professionnel have joined forces to work together at Morrison Atelier. Morrison has officially joined the L’Oréal Professionnel Artistic Team.

Located in a cozy and chic Spanish-style bungalow that sit’s a stone throw away from the Pacific Ocean in Laguna Beach, Morrison opened the Morrison Atelier – an inspirational and educational space for Morrison and L’Oréal Professionnel Artists to inspire and educate others. Classes with Morrison in his space as well as the L’Oréal Professionnel SOHO Academy in NYC began in May and key L’Oréal Professionnel Artists including Andrew Bartfield, Jo Blackwell-Preston, Nancy Braun and Jason Backe will begin teaching classes at Morrison Atelier beginning mid-July.

“I have had a working relationship with L’Oréal Professionnel for over 30 years," says Morrison. "It was just natural to begin a partnership with them. I believe in education and wanted to work with a company that did too. I think L’Oréal Professionnel has an amazing arsenal of talent and I am honored to be among so many great hairdressing educators."
