A program of the Salons Against Domestic Abuse Fund, CUT IT OUT is dedicated to mobilizing salon pros and others to fight the epidemic of domestic abuse across the United States. CUT IT OUT builds awareness of domestic abuse and trains you how to recognize warning signs and safely refer your clients to local resources.
If you want to be a part of the CUT IT OUT 2010 Campaign, simply sign the pledge at cutitout.org, and once you receive the CUT IT OUT materials, display them at your front desk, individual stations and in all restrooms of your salon/spa. Simply displaying the materials will truly help someone who may be suffering in silence.
