This year's annual Hairwars was a huge success! Eight teams of salons competed, but ultimately it was Hair Gone Wild that took up first place.
Hair Gone Wild presented an amazing performance that even brought some of the audience to tears. Their competitors were Federico Academy, Halo Salon, Color Envy N Shear Attitude Salon, Renewal Academy of Advanced Training, Maribou Salon, Paul Mitchell the School of Sacramento, and Waterfall Salon & Spa.
Duane Ram, the director of Sacramento Fashion Week, judged this event along with LaLa from LaLas Updos. They were amazed by the talent each team brought.
The event raised just over $12 thousand for two rescue shelters, Hartsong Sanctuary and Norcal Bully Breed Fescue.
