Where To Find Inspiration To Spice Up Your Next Appointment

Blp2109 Inspiration 850x850

Staying inspired behind the chair is just as important as the skills and techniques utilized during the appointment. This is why it’s important to pay attention to the world around you and keep an open mind.

@salontrendnewyork: I take the latest trends and put my own creative spin on them.

@styled_by_britt_: I find inspiration from the women who work around me at @kalon.hairstudio. They are truly my tribe.

@sahaircook: Anything, from nature to food to old TV shows.

@thedavidstanko: People-watching at airports and sidewalk cafés.

@s_grygorchuk: I have always been inspired by people–their faces, body language and what they do.

@moonchild_htx: Films, video games, nature, fashion and my kids.

@heatherpaints_hair: The colors in @itschelseamade’s pottery.

@beachblondeboss: Attending and teaching classes. Face-to-face meetings with other artists is so inspiring.

@saltyhairbysara: The incredibly talented people around me, like @lexi.ciara @mane.social, @kathleenkellybeauty, @cady.social and @canvas.hairstudio. And at least one good nature day a week!

@annahaldanehair: I snorkel a lot with my husband. Watching the natural colors of the underwater fauna and flora melt together always makes me want to replicate the same effect in my coloring techniques.

@rachelmyhair: My twenty-something clients.

@melicoupe: I take inspiration from the many flowers and plants in and out of my house.

@ktbhair: From all the talented stylists on Instagram.

@yaradoeshair: Beauty Launchpad!!

@xelamack: @irapopesage
