Jacinda Perez is an accomplished beauty and retail operations leader with extensive experience driving sales, elevating customer experience, and developing high-performing teams. Most recently, she served as the General Manager of Blushington’s Flagship location , where she played a pivotal role in launching the company’s franchise program. Her strong leadership and operational expertise led to her promotion as Vice President of Stores & Franchise Operations, where she will oversee multi-unit performance, brand standards, and franchise growth.
Prior to her tenure at Blushington, Jacinda built a robust career across top beauty and retail brands, including European Wax Center, Amazing Lash Studio, KIKO Milano, and MAC Cosmetics. In these roles, she excelled in sales leadership, staff training, operational management, and client relationship building. Known for her diligence, communication skills, and ability to inspire teams, she consistently drove revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.
