How-To: 90s Bombshell Beachy Blowout at Paris Fashion Week

Paris Fashion Week 2024 is an event held from September 23, 2024 to October 1, 2024 in Paris, France. The hair look for the Ottolinger SS25 show as part of Paris Fashion Week was sponsored by Shark Beauty. Global Ambassador Chris Appleton created a '90s bombshell beachy blowout for the show using Shark Beauty’s NEW FlexFusion, set to be launched October 1. 

“The inspiration for this look was channeling that iconic 90s supermodel glam to align with a very ‘cool girl’ collection - think Cindy Crawford. The goal was to have the hair fall to the side and bounce as the models walked to add that extra hint of glamor. The style was sexy, sassy and uplifting," shares Appleton.

1. To create a polished and refined blowout, wigs were prepped with a unified cut and length and pre-prepped by being braided down.
2. To apply, flatten the wig against the head and set it with wig glue using the Shark Beauty FlexFusion Ultra-Fast Hair Dryer attachment. The dermatologist-developed Scalp Shield Technology will instantly adjust temperature and protect the scalp from extreme heat, while close to the root.
3. Spray the wig with ColorWow Style on Steroids, and style using the FlexFusion Wet & Dry Styling Brush attachment to give a blowout that is both voluminous and refined. Fusion Healthy Heat will provide body, bounce and shine with 50% less frizz.
