French Braid Pin-Up

Prepare the Hair 

• Start by shampooing and conditioning the hair thoroughly.

Define the Curls 

• Create horizontal partings at the nape using a retractable sectioning pick, working with no more than one-inch subsections. Apply chosen curl product to the hair.
• Using the Olivia Garden Single Bristle Brush designed for hair types 2A to 3A, brush from root to ends, ribboning the hair to define the curls. This tool smooths and enhances curl definition without causing frizz.
• Continue this process until the entire head is completed.

Dry the Hair 

• Use the Olivia Garden SuperHP Professional Hair Dryer with a diffuser attachment to dry the curls completely.
• To maintain curl definition, use low heat and avoid disturbing the curls until they are fully dry to prevent frizz.

Create the French Braid 

• Section the hair from ear to ear using a retractable sectioning pick, splitting it from front to back.

• Secure the roll with hairpins.
• Once finished, gather the hair in the center, holding it in a high ponytail.
• Wrap a bungee cord around it and use bobby pins and hairpins to secure the bun.

Final Touch

Shampoo and Condition

Detangle Gently

Twist
