The Inspiration: Young, modern girl back from vacation—but still has her getaway glow. “We’re giving her a slick look yet keeping striations throughout the hair to give it a little more visual interest,” says Hughes.
The Hero Products: Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong. “We’re spraying the entire head with this while the clips are in, and then we’re diffusing it. [This spray ensures] the look isn’t going anywhere without looking like it’s completely gelled—it still has movement and texture to it,” says Hughes.
