The Inspiration: Dream getaway to Hawaii. “We didn’t want a braid, but wanted it to look super clean, nice and off the face,” says Cole. “It’s the idea you came back from Hawaii, and are just twisting your hair back for a relaxed look.”

The Hero Products: Sebastian Professional Shine Crafter. Not only did the moldable wax allow for easy grip to create the five two-strand twists integral to the style, but also it gave the “scalloped” style serious shine.
