The Inspiration: “The designer wanted to embrace each model’s personal style by having the hair looks be specific to their own tastes and individuality,” says LaFond. “I made a point to consult with each model to get her opinion on which style she felt most comfortable in and how she felt most like herself.” LaFond then amplified these go-to styles for the presentation.
The Hero Product: amika Un.Done Volume and Matte Texture Spray. “The models all wanted to embrace their natural texture, yet still have an enhanced version of their everyday looks. This texture spray provides a lived-in texture and grit with a bit of volume, which was perfect for an effortlessly cool finish,” she says.
