Get the Look: One Cut, Four Styles by Mirza Batanovic

Smooth

Eufora Global Team Member Mirza Batanovic was inspired by a desire to "style beautiful, healthy, manageable hair," leading to the creation of this gorgeous photo shoot that features one popular haircut styled four ways for a series of completely unique looks. The photo shoot, which took place in San Diego, CA, faced less-than-ideal weather obstacles, but the drizzly weather didn't put a damper on Batanovic's ability to create gorgeous, humidity-defying styles. Said Batanovic, "Naturally, it rained heavily that day, and we were shooting outside. In order to create various looks, the Eufora products we used were a key factor from the get-go."

The first look Batanovic created was all about smooth, shiny strands (see above). "First, we blow-dried using Eufora Boost in the roots and Eufora Curl’n Defining Solution in the ends (even though we were doing a smooth look)," says Batanovic. "We also added Pure Polish in the ends for added shine.

"Once dry, we took a flat iron and just 'bent' the movement into large sections of hair."

For the second look, dubbed "Power Pose," Batanovic added softness with curls while still maintaining a sense of strength to the overall look.

"For this look - and all subsequent others - we wanted curl in the style," says Batanovic. "[Because we had] blow-dried the Curl'n Defining Solution into the hair previously, it allowed the hair to hold this new look. We wanted to achieve an ironed curl that could stand through the humid climate without frizz.

"Having already prepped the hair, we curled with a 1/2" iron in 1.5" sections (horizontally) and brushed the curl out smooth with a middle part using a boar bristle brush.

"To finish, Illuminate Shine Mist was added for shine only."

The third look conveys a subtle retro feel with the addition of a deep side part and romantic waves. Says Batanovic, "For [this next look], we simply switched to a side part and added Eufora Full Effect to create more volume throughout and fluffed out some of the curl."

"For the last look, we switched back to a middle part using Eufora Illuminate Shine Mist to reduce volume at the crown and to control fly-aways," says Batanovic. "We kept Full Effect around the bottom of the hair for a messier texture." The end result? Soft, touchable, romantic tresses.

"The products helped the hair stay beautiful through 12 hours of shooting in a humid climate and rain," adds Batanovic.
