Effective April 1, 2026, Ashland Inc. has appointed IMCD US, LLC as its exclusive distributor of personal care and home care ingredients in the United States. The agreement covers Ashland’s full portfolio, including products for skin, hair, oral, and home care, as well as microbial protection and biofunctional actives.
IMCD US will leverage its laboratories and technical teams in Miami and Los Angeles to support Ashland’s offerings nationwide. The partnership aims to expand the availability of Ashland products and enhance customer access and technical support across the U.S. market.
