Femme Florale: Fresh and Feminine Up-Dos for Summer

This "Femme Florale" collection was designed to accentuate a woman's femininity and be gorgeous...even in in the heat of Spring and Summer. All four looks began with a simple pony-tail and are accented by over-sized flowers. The makeup was carefully planned to emphasize the model's natural beauty and correspond with the flora. See a few of the steps that went into creating this lovely collection.

For a great photo shoot, hair color must be perfect. The model's re-growth was retouched with one part RUSK Deepshine Super Lightener in Beige mixed with 2 parts 40 volume developer and processed 45 minutes.

The accessories were carefully planned before arriving on set to create a variety of looks which coordinated with the hair and makeup.

Each of the four looks began with a strategically placed pony-tail using snag free elastics from Ricky's NYC.

Model, Nadia's skin was perfected with a light misting of Temptu Airbrush foundation. See current issue of Beauty Launchpad to see the collection.
