Sebastian Professional Global Art Director Shay Dempsey shares behind-the-scenes tips on how he styled hair for this "Beauty Lost in the Woods" shoot with photography by Rachel Jeraffi, makeup by Joanne Adolfo and wardrobe styling by Jesse J Collections.
For this shoot Shay wanted to create a hairstyle that was edgy, yet not overdone. The fringe is very choppy and and really opens up the face. The rest of the hair has some short layers, moving from shorter to longer to create movement throughout the hair.

Shay says, "It's the type of hairstyle that could be worn daily, the fringe is defiantly the vocal point, but looks great with length."[pagebreak]
