Hair Styles How To: Meghan Ory's Perfect Volumized Curls

Meghan Ory from Once Upon a Time appeared on the scene with flawless hair and red lips. The occasion? This year's CW, CBS and Showtime 2013 summer TCA (Television Critics Association) party in Los Angeles, which saw a lot of enviable celebrity beauty.

Want to design tresses as beautiful as Meghan's? Stylist Sean James shared the secret behind creating the hairstyle:

1.) Spray Phytovolume Actif roots.
2.) Blowdry upwards to get volume and use a large porcupine Spornette brush.
3.) Wind the first vertical section around a 1'' barrel curling iron towards the face and curl. Curl the rest of the strands away from the face.
4.) Flip head upside down and spray with PhytoLaque Soie hairspray. Flip head back upright, bring hair forward and sculpt into place.

Voilà! You have the look.
