Top 5 Favorite British Themed Places in LA – Nancy O’Dell

Favorite Pub: The Fox & Hounds
Located in Studio City, this is where I go when I want a really good ale. They have amazing American and English inspired dishes that are so yummy.

Favorite Restaurant: Waterloo & City
This British inspired restaurant uses fresh ingredients that coincide with the seasons. I love the pizzas. They have a bold, burst of flavor in each bite.

Favorite Salon: Verve Lounge
Dwayne Ross at Verve Lounge is my hair colorist. He uses RUSK color and styling products on my hair for maximum coverage and protection. He is absolutely amazing!

Favorite Fashion Store: Burberry
I love, love Burberry! This iconic British luxury brand is a must-have in my wardrobe.

Favorite Hotel: Beverly Wilshire Hotel
This Four Seasons Hotel is located just steps away from Rodeo Drive. I love having tea at this hotel because it’s quiet and luxurious.

Favorite Pub: Old Boot In
Located in Stanford Dingley, Kate and her family have been going here for years. In fact, I heard that the owner John Haley even received a Royal Wedding invite.

Favorite Restaurant: Cocoon
Kate and William go to Cocoon, a futuristic pan-Asian restaurant-lounge for sushi and the signature Passion Flower cocktail.

Favorite Salon: Richard Ward
I heard that Kate spent 4 and ½ hours last week in the Sloane Square salon trying different up-do’s for her Royal Wedding. Hopefully, she found one that worked.

Favorite Fashion Store: Peter Jones
This seven story glass-structured department store is where Kate and her mom, Carole have been seen shopping. I’ll definitely consider stopping by this store.

Favorite Hotel: Dorchester Hotel
This Mayfair Hotel not only draws in royalty, but also celebrities like Tom Cruise and Lady Gaga. It was also name-checked in an episode of Mad Men.
