Jose Garcia Peluqueros, who has been in the pro-beauty industry for 25 years, releases a new hair collection dubbed "Distira."
According to Peluqueros, the compilation is based on the "enhancement of beauty that emanates from happiness," referring to the light that radiates within a woman when she is happy.
The collection features avant-garde versions of celebrated styles like updos, waves and ponytails.
