How-To: Megan Thee Stallion's "Malibu Barbie" Hair

Stylist Kellon Deryck did the hair for Megan Thee Stallion "Cry Baby" music video, where the rapper/singer/songwriter sported "Malibu Barbie"-inspired locks. Here, Deryck breaks down how to achieve the flower-powered look. 

Get the Look:

Step 1: Start with a 50-inch Flawless Illusion full lace 613 blonde wig

Step 2: Using a stencil created ahead of time, hand-paint the flowers onto the wig using the below @Guy_Tang #MyDentity colors: 

Pink Flowers—Pink Diamond for the petals and Lightning Bolt for the center 

Blue Flowers—Mix equal parts Arctic Blue and Lavender Lust for the petals, and Lightning Bolt for the center 

Step 3: Let the color air-dry rather than washing it out for optimal color payoff

Step 4: Once dry and styled, spray the wig with #MyDentity My Control Medium Sculpting Hairspray to lock in the design
