Runway Report: Au Natural at Armature for LA Fashion Week

Be it tattoos, birthmarks or any distinctive identity marker, the beauty of individuality is embraced at Armature. For natural make-up, special attention goes into prepping the skin. Beauty Lead Sharon Gault, aka “Mamma Make-up” and her team get models ready with Embryollisse Rosewater Toner, hydrating with Embryollisse Lait-Crème Concentré. “The Lait-Crème is like a three in one product,” explains Sharon. “It’s a moisturizer, a make-up remover and a primer.” Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit is applied all over—both on eyes and for highlight on cheeks. The look “is very sheer, with no foundation. You have to see the skin,” Sharon adds. A hint of color on lips, using the latest shades of Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick, mixes with Embryollisse Rich Repairing Protective Stick Lip Balm, for a beautiful, fresh peach lip.

“The hair is almost lived in a little bit,” explains Armature Hair Lead Kaz Amor, “It’s very undone.” The best way to get this look is to spray VoCe Haircare Refresh Me Dry Shampoo throughout tresses post blowdry in order to give hair added texture. The product gives “a little separation,” Kaz explains.
