Lexie Haines (LH): I love singing and used to sing at coffee houses as a teen.
BLP: How did you get your start in the industry?
LH: I went to beauty school after I graduated high school.
BLP: What is your proudest accomplishment?
LH: Having my daughter.
BLP: What is your current favorite hairstyle trend?
LH: Dimensional color
BLP: What is a tip you have for your fellow stylists who are looking to grow their following on socials?
LH: Post consistently
BLP: What is a piece of advice about styling/working with hair that you have for your fellow stylists?
LH: Have fun with it!

LH: I love having solid relationships with my clients.
BLP: What inspires your work?
LH: Outfits, decades, music and nature
BLP: What motivates you about the industry?
LH: I love the changing of trends with both coloring and styling.
BLP: What is a career goal you have for yourself?
LH: To have a positive impact on our industry and help young stylists find their passion and succeed.
