Get the Look: Kristen Stewart's Asymmetrical Updo

Celebrity hair stylist Kylee Heath recently worked with Kristen Stewart for the Women in Film 2015 Crystal + Lucy Awards on Tuesday, June 16th in Los Angeles, CA. Said Kylee, "We wanted the look to be a little rock 'n' roll and modern to complement her dress." To achieve this, she created an undone, asymmetrical updo that was equal parts edgy and chic.

Get the Look:

1. Says Kylee, "Starting on damp hair, I applied Oscar Blandi Hair Lift Mousse from roots through ends and combed it through. I blow-dried her hair using a KEVIN.MURPHY ROLL.BRUSH and my Croc GreenIon Blow Dryer for shine and volume.
2. "I then made a deep side part and created texture using a 1-inch marcel iron. I took small sections and added a wave by alternating directions with the iron. I applied a small amount of the KEVIN.MURPHY POWDER.PUFF throughout the roots and then sprayed a healthy amount of Oribe Texturizing Spray throughout.
3. "Piece by piece, I created little knots and twists pulling the right side into the back. I pinned them away first giving each section a little tease and with bobby pins. I then broke up the waves a little and teased on top at the roots. I finished with a spray of Oscar Blandi Medium Hold Hair Spray."
