Kesha debuted the new look on Instagram, along with the caption "slimy" to describe her attention-grabbing new color. Get the Look:
FORMULA 1: 1/2 oz. VIVIDS NEON Yellow + 1 oz. NEON Green
FORMULA 2: 3 oz. NEON Yellow + dot of NEON Green
- For this technique, pre-lighten hair to a level 10 using Pure Light Power Lightener and your choice of developer.
- Shampoo, condition and dry the hair completely. Apply Formula 1 from the scalp to 3” of the length, all over. Then apply Formula 2 to the mid-shaft through ends.
- Process for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature and rinse with cool water.
- Shampoo, condition and protect the hair with VIVIDS Color Protect after care products.
- Style as desired.
