Why We Love Him: We can't get enough of Brian Hickman’s choppy ’dos. From textured bangs and loads of layers to bowl cuts and mullets, Hickman gives our favorite ’70s styles a modern update. His tip for crafting Mick Jagger-inspired looks? “It’s all about structure first,” he says. “But once the structure is there, really look at what you’re doing and don’t be afraid to sculpt away what’s not working.”
