Beauty Launchpad (BLP): What is a fun fact about you?
Kelsey Grogan (KG): I’m a VERY picky eater.
BLP: What is your proudest accomplishment?
KG: Being able to bring on an apprentice/co-stylist and watching them grow and flourish into the most incredible stylist.
BLP: What is your current favorite hair trend?
KG: The effortless blowout style.
BLP: What is a hair tip you have for your fellow stylists?
KG: This might be an unpopular opinion, but find your niche early on in your career of what you love to do and become the best you can be at it rather than doing it all and not loving your work.
BLP: What do you love about your work?
KG: I love how detailed and clean my foiling is.
BLP: What motivates you about the industry you are in?
KG: There is room for everyone. Be yourself and you will attract the clients, lifestyle and support that you want and need.
BLP: What is a professional goal you have for yourself?
KG: To be on the Redken team.
