StyleSeat analyzed Google business listings for the 50 largest cities in the U.S. to determine the best cities for hair salons and services.
The list was determined based on the number of hair-related businesses per capita as well as the average consumer ratings of the businesses.
To get the most accurate data, StyleSeat organized beauty businesses into three categories: spas, beauty treatments (including nails, skin and makeup) and hair. The overall ranking is across all categories.
