Beauty Launchpad attended Premiere Anaheim, Feb. 4-5, 2024, in Anaheim, CA.

Hosted by the Premiere Shows Group at the Anaheim Convention Center, the nation's leading network of beauty industry events and world-class educational programming returned to Southern California.

Representatives of the professional beauty community were able to meet with top brands from around the globe, get hands-on education, shop and stay up to date with the hottest trends in the business.

Here's a recap of what you missed if you weren't able to attend!

Show Floor

Brands like Sutra Beauty, Danger Jones, Hattori Hanzo, After Pose, Grande Cosmetics, Green Circle Salons and more were on the show floor with gorgeous booths to showcase their new and fan-favorite products, so attendees could restock their salon arsenal or try something new!

The brands also offered live demos with educators on their team, so attendees could see the brand's products in action and potentially even get hands-on with them.

Kat Collette, our Nov/Dec 2023 cover artist and artist spotlight, was at the Stylecraft Gamma booth showing off her techniques and even took her talents to the main stage!

The Barber Stage was also located on the show floor, which offered plenty of opportunities for attendees to learn new techniques and grow their skill sets.

Main Stage Education

Located on the 200-level of the convention center, the Main Stage featured an iconic lineup of talented stylists and industry professionals sharing their hair knowledge.

Elizabeth Faye opened up the Main Stage on Day One to share her insight on how hairstylists change the world, including tips for how to tap into your personal purpose and life’s calling, which can amplify the impact you have daily.

Afterwards, the NAHA finalists were announced, with the award ceremony to take place at Premiere Orlando.

Leysa Carrillo, a NAHA finalist and founder of Forever Curls Academy, took the stage to share her tips, technique and more for mastering placement and patterns.

On the last day of the show, Larisa Love closed out the main stage to teach stylists how to give their clients a pick me up! Larisa also had her own booth on the show floor for the first time this year!

These were just a few of the many amazing main stage presentations. To see more, check out Beauty Launchpad's Premiere Anaheim highlight on our Instagram profile (@beautylaunchpad).

Classes

Attendees had countless options for education, from look and learn classes to paid hands-on workshops. Here's just a small look at the many classes offered to attendees:

Sutra Beauty's Stefania Glamour educated attendees on Sutra's Heat Guard line, allowing attendees to try out Sutra's Heat Guard serum and get an inside look into the brand's hot tools.

Texture vs. Race Founder Keya Neal provided education on seeing hair as a texture and not a race, which she plans to continue at the upcoming Texture vs. Race Summit. Oligo Pro International Color Director Misael Aponte also stopped by one of her classes to share hair coloring tips!

NAHA finalist and Denman Stage Star Jalia Pettis shared tips and knowledge on all things session styling.

The Fancy Hairdressers team provided some amazing hands-on workshops for stylists about layers and shags and low maintenance and high impact foiling. They also took the main stage, where Jacob Khan debuted his internal monologue of a stylist for the first time.
