Turn Up the Texture
Aveda Artist, Allen Ruiz, created a tied back and textured pony for the Public School SS18 show held at a packed Canal Arcade in New York City. Cane sugar and salt found in NEW Texture Tonic (with a spicy citrus pure-fumeTM aroma with certified organic ginger, ylang ylang, and clary sage) worked in harmony to create naturally tousled texture and flexible hold, for an effortlessly “undone” runway look.
Smooth Fringe
Aveda Global Creative Director, Antoinette Beenders created lush, smooth hair with a touch of drama at the Tome SS18 Presentation – which celebrated female artists and incorporated dance, music and fashion – held at The Kitchen in Chelsea, New York City. Flax See Aloe Strong Hold Sculpting Gel (with a pure-fumeTM aroma with jasmine, certified organic petit grain and cistus) was used to create wet fringe and polish hair after a luxurious blow out. The touchable styles were then set with an Aveda Styling Essential - Air ControlTM Light Hold Hair Spray.
Pretty Slick
Aveda Global Creative Director, Antoinette Beenders create glossy, textured hair at the Zero + Maria Cornejo SS18 Show – which commemorated the journey of the past 20 years of her brand – held at Pier 59 in New York City. NEW Texture Tonic (with a spicy citrus pure-fume™ aroma with certified organic ginger, ylang ylang, and clary sage) was used to create touchable texture in the back while Control Force™ Firm Hold Hair Spray was then combed through the front for slick, long lasting hold.
