
Revlon recently appointed Michelle A. Peluso as the new chief executive officer of the company, effective November 4, 2024; she will also join the board of directors. Elizabeth Smith, who has been serving as the temporary CEO and executive chair of the board since August 2023, will continue in her role as executive chair.

Peluso is joining Revlon with previous global strategic and operational experience. She most recently served as the chief customer and experience officer at CVS Health, where she oversaw the end-to-end consumer experience across all channels.
She has previously held global chief marketing officer roles at IBM and Citi, and CEO roles at digital commerce pioneers Travelocity and Gilt. Peluso is a member of the board of directors of Nike.
