Dr. Cornelia (Conny) Wittke is departing from her position as Member of the Board of Management at Zwilling Beauty Group and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tweezerman International. While Conny will leave her day-to-day role at Zwilling Beauty Group and Tweezerman International, she will stay on the Supervisory Board of both Tweezerman International and Zwilling Beauty Group. In January 2015, Conny will take helm of the Beauty Ideas Group, the company developing and marketing nügg skin treatment face masks.
Before joining Zwilling J.A. Henckels in 2004 and Tweezerman in 2005, Conny was Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Since the acquisition of Tweezerman International by Zwilling J.A. Henckels in 2004, Conny successfully lead an aggressive growth strategy based on innovation, re-branding, point-of-sale excellence and internationalization. With the acquisition of QVS Global in 2013, Conny also established the foundation for positioning the Zwilling Beauty Group and Tweezerman International as leaders in the beauty tool category across price segments, with an extensive offering of both brands and private label at the forefront of beauty tools globally.
“I have greatly enjoyed the journey of building and growing our brands globally into the best-of-the-best experts for beauty tools together with the excellent team we have in place," said Wittke. "My passion is to build brands based on a clear vision, fantastic products and outstanding value-for-money. I will continue to do that with nügg skin treatments offering outstanding skin treatment products at great price point and in innovative packaging. I’m thrilled that at the same time I will remaining connected to Tweezerman and Zwilling Beauty Group through my role on the Supervisory Board.”
Juergen Bosse will take over the roles as CEO & President of Tweezerman International and Member of the Board of the Zwilling Beauty Group. Juergen Bosse joined Tweezerman in 2012 as General Manager. Prior to this assignment, he worked more than 16 years for Beiersdorf, the producer of NIVEA, Eucerin and La Prairie, where he held domestic and global Marketing positions. Before his position with Tweezerman, he was VP Emerging Markets with regional responsibility for Latam, Russia, Middle East, Africa, India, Turkey and more.
