Get the Look: Tessa Thompson's Flirty Faux Bob by Brian Fisher

Celebrity hairstylist Brian Fisher recently worked with actress, Tessa Thompson for The Wall Group’s West Coast celebration of The Thick on Wednesday, November 19th in West Hollywood, CA. Says Fisher, “We went for an un-done version of the soon-becoming classic Hollywood bob, which paired well with Tessa's clean white dress and moto jacket."

Get the Look:
1. Says Fisher, "I worked some Oribe Grandiose Hair Plumping Mousse into wet hair beginning at the root and applied Oribe Smooth Style Serum to the ends.

2. "Then, I blew the hair dry and smooth with a Mason Pearson Brush leaving some natural movement.

3. "Once [the hair was] dry, I added a smooth wave with a 1 1/2-inch iron. Then, I back-combed underneath at the back of the hair to creating some volume. I then pinned the length up to create a faux-bob shape letting the top layers fall over. I smoothed the right side and tucked the hair behind the ear.

4. "I finished the look with Oribe Superfine Hair Spray all over and Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil to create a sheen on the top layers and bangs."
