Bridal FW: Knotted Chignons at Moniique Lhullier Fall 2015

Stylist Nina Dimachki created a knotted chignon look using products from the Kérastase's iconic Couture Styling collection for Monique Lhuillier's Fall 2015 Bridal Fashion Week presentation. Here's how she created the look:

Steps:
·     On clean dry hair, apply Ciment Thérmique mid lengths through ends. At the roots to mid lengths, apply Mousse Bouffante
·     Blow dry product into hair, away from the face, using a bristle finishing brush
·     Create a center parting, then apply VIP, roots to mid lengths to create a cushioning effect. Gather hair at the nape area and secure with a bungee. Curl the lengths of ponytail with a 1" barrel curling iron.
·     Lightly spray Laque Noire onto the lengths and condense the hair with hands. Create a tight, slightly asymmetric knot at the nape of the head. Finish the look with a light veil of Laque Noire

Kérastase Products Used to Get these Looks:
·     Ciment Thérmique – heat protective strengthening milk for weakened hair
·     Mousse Bouffante – luxurious volumizing mousse that envelops the fiber to thicken strands for all-over volume
·     VIP – NEW! – dry, volumizing and texturizing spray that instantly provides body, volume and grip
·     Laque Noire – NEW! – anti-humidity super shield fixing hairspray
