The recent Beauty Biz Roundtable 11, presented by Mazur Group, successfully brought together 100 top executives, media and thought leaders at the leading edge of the beauty industry for an evening of education, discussion and inspiration. Executives from the west coast’s fast-growing beauty scene, including Drybar, Dermalogica, Bumble and bumble, wet n wild, and more, gathered to address hot topics and trends in innovation, leadership, product development and category growth.

Highlights from the evening included a presentation by Mazur Group founder and CEO Frances Mazur - also the host and MC for the evening - who spoke on the West Coast’s entrepreneurial, start-up friendly beauty culture and presented the winning designers from the FIDM/Kevyn Aucoin Packaging Development and Design Class Competition. Drybar founder Alli Webb gave a keynote address, discussing the phenomenal growth of her company and the importance of strict adherence to brand identity in crafting a multimillion dollar, niche-defining business.
In addition, attendees participated in three rounds of roundtable discussions on a variety of topics, ranging from product development to marketing, brand evolution and social impact programs.
