Beauty News: Cutler Opens 4th Salon Location in Brooklyn

The innovators and curators of Cutler Salon have taken the next step to grow the esteemed salon brand with the opening of cutler brooklyn situated in Williamsburg, NY. Under the tutelage of Rodney Cutler, seasoned Cutler Senior Stylist, Tyson Kennedy, conceived cutler brooklyn as a space that will cater to the lifestyle of its patrons. As such, alongside a full range of cut, styling and coloring services, the salon will offer a full bar, Joey Diamonds Resort and Casino, and gorgeous outdoor garden which is shared with the well-known St. Balmain restaurant next door.

“Creating a seamless shared space with the restaurant, garden, bar and salon was a collaborative effort,” says Kennedy, who envisioned the space alongside longtime friends, and owners of St. Balmain. “The community which surrounds cutler brooklyn is incredibly creative. Bringing the clout of Cutler and adding something this authentic was imperative.”

With three successful locations in Manhattan that also act as flagships for Redken — 57th Street, SoHo and at the hip Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue South — Cutler’s latest expansion came from his strong desire to foster new talent and grow the brand in a vital, developing neighborhood. “This type of growth, one with the stylists I have helped to cultivate, is the most rewarding for me. cutler brooklyn will maintain the high standards of the brand and will allow for me to once again flex my muscles as a business owner and stylist,” adds Cutler.

Cutler Salons, long known for their slick, minimalist designs, showcase some of the most talented hairdressers and colorists in New York City and will continue to do so at this new Brooklyn location. The new Brooklyn salon will be complete with five chairs and offer fresh, fashion-forward cut, style and coloring services, seven days a week.
