Van Tibolli, Corp. recently held a much-anticipated and highly-successful Advanced International Training in Dublin, Ireland on September 1-3. Van Tibolli, CEO and Founder of GKhair and Tibolli, personally welcomed for the first time the education team for 3 days of advanced training in Dublin. Van Tibolli addressed the team and introduced the company's International team members supporting the global market in Ireland.
The most talented technicians from around the world came from Czech Republic, Sweden, Israel, France, Ireland, Italy and Russia to meet with the American and European Team. International Creative Director, Misha Belfer from Denver, Colorado, led the training. The class learned GKhair New Professional Tech Guide and Salon Menu in their local languages, two Must-Haves for Salons to offer high quality Services and increase their revenue. Other firsts included GKhair’s New JUVEXIN Cream Color, Fast Blow Dry and Anti-Dandruff Shampoo.
“The best thing about bringing some many international team members to one country for training are the opportunity to learn from each other the different methods and techniques used throughout Europe," says Misha Belfer.
Misha Belfer also taught step-by-step timeless up-styles from the "Miles of Hair" Collection. Also captivating the attention of the team, Federico Longo inspired everybody with a demonstration of one of his popular South Italy style haircuts. VTB World Team then offered their personal visions of the haircut, using GKhair Styling Products and Tools to customize and explore different looks, textures, finishes and structures. Every stylist expressed their vision of a GKhair, sharing their views, experiences and creative inspirations.
