Lead hairstylist Linh Nguyen was inspired by a sporty chic girl and created a sleek, loose ponytail with face-framing wisps that felt as young and fresh as the clothes. “I love how the ponytail looks as if it’s slowly falling out,” said Nguyen. “This is a perfect look for girls in the real world too…it’ll easily take you from day to night.”
 

1.     Saturate the hair with Maximista Thickening Spray and blow-dry the product in with a paddle brush.

2.     Spray Superfine Hair Spray in section-by-section and flat-iron the hair.

3.     Create a middle part and lightly backcomb each flat-ironed section. Secure the hair with an elastic string about four to five inches down from the neck depending on your hair length (the longer the hair, the further down you should slide the elastic).

4.     Gently pull out a few face-framing wisps and finish with a generous amount of Dry Texturizing Spray and Superfine Hair Spray.
