Get the Look: Zooey Deschanel's 70's-Inspired Waves at the 2014 Emmy Awards

Girl star Zooey Deschanel wore ’70s-inspired soft curls to complement her strapless Oscar de la Renta gown at last night's 66th Annual Emmy Awards. Hairstylist Nicki Alkire created the look using Oribe products.

Get the Look:
1. First, Alkire applied Oribe Supershine Light Moisturizing Cream all over damp hair and did a quick blow-dry.

2. After setting Deschanel’s hair in heated clips, Alkire sprayed each section with Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray.

3. Once the clips were taken out, she gave Deschanel’s hair a good brush and finished the look with Superfine Hair Spray.
